Professor Wassim Khoury is also a man resolutely focused on peace. In addition to his medical commitments to save patients living in medically affected areas, he is a committed man who joins forces with the actions that bring peace and education to the world.

About ten years ago, he joined the Italian NGO “The children for peace”, an NGO in which Wassim Khoury was a member of the international scientific committee.

« La Paix : Toros œuvre intégrale » an UNESCO exhibition
On November 28, 2018, he participates in the exhibition «La Paix: Toros oeuvre intégrale», on the occasion of the eleventh session of the Intergovernmental Committee of the 2005 Convention for the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions, joint exhibition organized by the Permanent Representations of Armenia and Syria at UNESCO.
INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATIONS
Wassim Khoury develops a partnership with other countries.
Regular missions enable him to transfer his knowledge and know-how to his confreres in the Maghreb.
He is in regular contact with the confreres of Casablanca in Morocco.
Since 2018, he has been working regularly at the Chahrazed Clinic in Algiers. Missions that are intense but very enriching on both sides.
Together with the Zulekha Clinic in Dubai, it is in the process of concreting a pediatric surgery project with a collaboration between the French and Dubaiote teams.
